Mounted drill VS 32 Herkules

VS32 SATURN and HERKULES drilling machine took from previous types heavy duty frame with operational reliability. It continue on types VS32B and VS25. Drilling machine VS32 SATURN, HERKULES is designed for drilling, reaming and thread cutting in single-part and series production. Drilling machines VS32 divide according primary transmission on VS32 SATURN and on VS32 HERKULES.

Primary transmission by V-belt = design HERKULES. Primary transmission by gear wheels = design SATURN. The headstock is vertically adjustable and revolving on the pillar. The machine is equipped frequency converter, which by help of lever gives to machine two ranges of revolutions range from 80-2800 r.p.m/min. Body of headstock make solid complex.

The gearbox of machine feed is a new design, shift by lever of hand feed and button on control panel. Machine has electromagnetic clutch. Machine feed switch-off by button on control panel (anywhere), or travel to limit switch to ensure of drilling depth. For exceeding of max. pressure on spindle, dulling of tool, the machine feed switch-off automatically. The machine is equipped by machinery on release of tool from spindle without using of drill drift. The drilling depth is set on a millimeter scale. The spindle seated in ball bearings.
