Mounted drill VS 40 Sprint

We produce new type drilling machine VS40 Sprint. This drilling machine is completion about frequency converter and is achievement stepless speed variation.

Pillar drilling machines VS40 CASTOR a POLLUX are designed for drilling, reaming and thread cutting in both single-part and series production. The headstock and worktable are vertically adjustable and revolving 360 degrees on the pillar. Machine VS40 are according the king of primary transmission divided in two types: Castor - primary transmission flexible. Pollux - primary transmission mechanical.

Both machines have hand-feed and power feed and they are noted for stepeed speed change of the spindle and they reach 12 (18) steps. The speed change is made through levers and switching over the speed of elektromotor.

The range Castor is equipped with flexible primary transmission and the shift of primary transmission is made through the jaw clutch (fall of shift the belts). Power feeds are shifted with laver too. The automatic clutch of power feed ensure self-cancelling of the power feed by overloading. The drilling depth is setting on milimetr scale.

The control elements of machines are located in front board of machine. The spindle is seating in accurate ball bearings, the spiral spring return spindle in the upper position. Lubrication of all movable parts is ensured throw the screw-feeder pump. There is an electric equipment concentrated in a box and in fully complies the EU safety regulations.
